Procedure for Making an Appointment

  • Select "Make Appointment" option from the function menu.
Input Records Particulars

Search plan by "Plan No." for Inspection of Plans Deposited in Land Registry
  • Key in "Plan No." and click "Search".
  • Select the required plan when more than one plan are shown.
  • Click "Add to Request List" if required plan is shown / selected.
Search plan by "Deposit No." for Inspection of Plans Deposited in Land Registry
  • Key in "Deposit No." "and click "Search".
  • Select the required plan when more than one plan are shown.
  • Click "Add to Request List" if required plan is shown / selected.
Search plan by "Advanced Search" for Inspection of Plans Deposited in Land Registry
  • Key in the keywords in "Plan Subject" (in English / Chinese).
  • Select the "Department / Bureau" when applicable.
  • Key in "Year of Deposit" when applicable.
  • Click "Search".
  • Select the required plan and click "Add to Request List".
  • Click "Cancel" to close the "Advanced Search" pop-up.
Search document for Inspection of Land Grant Documents
  • Select "Document Type".
  • Key in the required information according to the selected document type:

    Government LeaseSelect "Lot Type" and Key in "Lot No."

    New GrantKey in "New Grant No."
    Block Government LeaseSelect "Lot Type"
  • Click "Add to Request List".
Select Appointment Date and Time
  • Click "Continue" after completion of Request List selection.
  • Select the "Appointment Date"
  • Select the "Appointment Time Slot" and click "Continue".
Select Input Contact Information
  • Key in the contact information: "Customer Name", "Email" and "Phone No." and click "Continue".
Verification
  • Check your email and key in the received verification code in "Verification Code" and click "Confirm".
Confirmation
  • The confirmation page will be shown and the confirmation email will be sent to you.
